Our first month

June 14, 2022
Time goes by so fast. Today marks the last day of July, and the end of our first month operating online.

Richard and I are eager to begin filming some adventures, however we are still separated by countries and will have to keep that on hold until next year. He lives in Oklahoma and I live in Canada.

Since we were married in 2022, the immigration process has been extremely long and tedious. I've lived in Canada 47 years. I am a permanent resident here but never applied for the Permanent Resident Card. That card never existed until 2002. So I applied for it this past week.

The application for a visa to go to the States has been approved, however at this point I'm fighting against having to have my interview in South Korea. By proving I am a permanent resident in Canada.  So all this is taking more time now. Why South Korea eh? I'm Australian by birth (Barb) so I guess the US Embassy for Australia is in South Korea. Either that or someone made a mistake for which we are paying for. Seems so ridiculous when I can have the interview here in Canada. We are hoping this can get straightened out. A medical needs to be done but that shouldn't be a problem. Every step forward we have taken has resulted in two steps backwards. No matter how difficult the journey, we have not given up. We look forward to being able to stay together and get on with our lives. We are being transparent, by sharing this with our viewers.

In Oklahoma, we are ready to begin. We have a set of different vehicles, including our big RV and boats. We can't wait to begin our journey and to be able to share it all with our viewers through writeups, as well as through filming videos. We will cover many places in the states as well as trips abroad. Scotland is high on our list! We would love to renew our wedding vows in Scotland and visit the Loch Ness.

Our adventures will cover many different things. Not only enjoying the beauty and what the places have to offer, but also taking part in activities such as exploring ghost towns, haunted locations, hunting UFOs, Bigfoot expeditions, fishing adventures, magnet fishing, metal detecting, rockhounding, off-roading adventures and so much more!

In the meantime, we began by sharing writeups on places we have been to together here in Canada. We hope our viewers will check those areas out when planning to come and visit this beautiful country. There really is a lot see and explore. More than we could ever share with you.

In the past month, we have posted 34 writeups, links to a number of our photo albums for areas covered, and opened up a number of social media accounts and have shared links to those. A link to a 45 page PDF Bigfoot Profile for the Skeena Region of BC, Canada has also been provided in Out of Interest section of our site.

As of 5 pm this afternoon, this site has received 5790 views from countries around the world.

We thank you for visiting!

Take care,
Barb & Richard Cecil
